A Unesco World Heritage Site known for its biodiversity and beauty, Manas National Park abuts the Bhutan border about 150km northwest of Guwahati. The park's 500 sq km of grasslands and lowland tropical forest harbour a very impressive list of animals including around 30 tigers, 30 one-horned rhinos, 100 barasingha (swamp deer), 500 wild water buffalo and over 1000 elephants & plus clouded and common leopards, dholes (wild dogs), golden and capped langurs, slow loris, sloth bears and some 475 bird species.
Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL GUWAHATI – PORBITORA WILDE LIFE SANCTUARY - GUWAHATI
Up on arrival at Guwahati airport our Representative will meet and greet you , Later proceed to Porbitora wilde life sanctuary sightseeing on an Elephant safari (own charges), Jeep safari (own charges), Saraighat Bridge, later check in the hotel and overnight stay in Guwahati.
DAY 2: GUWAHATI – MANAS NATIONAL PARK SIGHTSEEING - GUWAHATI
Morning after having Breakfast later proceed drive to Manas National Park and Enjoy the Nature and Jungle Ride on an Elephant safari (own charges), Jeep safari (own charges), later back to the hotel and overnight stay in Guwahati.
DAY 3: GUWAHATI DEPARTURE
Morning after having Breakfast check out from the hotel later proceed to Guwahati Airport for return Journey with happy memories.
