Mesmerizing Western Ghats With Mysore With Tamilnadu Hill Stations

Kodaikanal is a hill town in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It's set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls and grassy hills. At 2,000 meters above sea level, the town centers around man-made, star-shaped Kodaikanal Lake, bordered by evergreen forest. Rowing boats can be hired, and hikers and cyclists follow the 5k Lake Road path around the shore.
Day 1: Bangalore - Mysore
On arrival at the Bangalore airport\railway station meet our tour representative who will be there for your welcome. Thereafter, we will drive to Mysore, which is about 3 hour journey. On reaching Mysore, we will check- in at the already booked hotel. Later, we will get freshen up to visit the beautiful Brindavan Garden. Enjoy delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay in Mysore.
Mysore is one of the most prominent tourist places of India that attract tourists from across the globe. It is also known as the Palace City of India.
Day 2: Mysore - Ooty
Today after having healthy breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel and proceed for the local sightseeing tour of Mysore which will include a visit to the Mysore Palace, the Chamundi Hills and the Bull Temple. Thereafter, we will proceed to Ooty. En-route, we will stop to explore the beautiful Pykara Lake. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Ooty. On aarival, we will check in at the already booked hotel and enjoy dinner followed by a relaxing overnight stay.
Ooty is located in the Western Ghats zone at an altitude of 2240 mtrs. It is a beautiful hill station that is blessed with many tourist places and abundant natural beauty.
Day 3: Ooty Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast in the hotel's premises, we will leave for the local sightseeing of Ooty. Our day tour will comprise of a visit to the Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Peak and Charing Cross. After having delicious lunch in the town, you can proceed to visit the Tea Museum and the Ooty Lake. You can enjoy boating on the Ooty Lake in the evening and afterwards, return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 4: Ooty - Kodaikanal
In the morning after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and leave for Coonoor. To reach Coonoor, you can either opt for toy train or a personal vehicle as per your choice. On reaching, we will be visiting the Sim's park, lamb's rock and dolphin's nose. Afterwards, we will drive to Kodaikanal, which is our final destination for the day. On reaching, check in at the pre-booked hotel and have dinner and an overnight stay in the hotel in Kodaikanal.
Kodaikanal is a naturally beautiful place covered with greenery offering spectacular views of the real nature.
Day 5: Kodaikanal Local Sightseeing
Today after breakfast in the hotel, we will leave for the local sightseeing of Kodaikanal. In our day tour, we will be visiting some of the major attractions of Kodaikanal. We will start our tour by visiting the famous Pillar Rock and the Coakers Walk. Later, we will visit the Kodai Lake and enjoy boat riding. Afterwards, we will return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Kodaikanal - Coimbatore Departure
On the last day of our tour, we will drive to Coimbatore after breakfast in the morning. On reaching, get direct transfer to the airport\railway station to catch the flight for board train for onward destination.
