Day 1
Arrival Chennai
Once you arrive in Chennai Airport/ Railways station, our representative will give you a warm welcome and escort you to your hotel. Check into the hotel and relax. Later, set out for a whole day of sightseeing filled with the wonders of this amazing town.
Start by visiting the Marina Beach and then head to Kapaleeshwar Temple which is one of the oldest temples in this town, built around the 7th Century CE.
Also, visit the oldest fort in Chennai which is called Saint George Fort and also pay a visit to the stunning Santhome Cathedral along with National Art Gallery, St. Mary’s Church, Anna Zoological Park, Birla Planetarium and People’s Park.
Enroute also take a quick look at the Kalakshetra and Theosophical Society before returning back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2
Chennai - Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry
After a wonderful breakfast and check out from the hotel,Travel to Mahabalipuram (also known as Mamallapuram), which is approximately 1.5- 2-hour drive from Chennai.
Explore the famous shore temples, Pancha Rathas, and Arjuna's Penance.
Enjoy the beautiful Mahabalipuram beach and relax by the sea.
Later drive to Pondicherry, which is approximately 1.5- 2-hour drive from Mahabalipuram.
Check into the hotel and Overnight Stay.
Day 3
Pondicherry Sightseeing
After breakfast, Proceed to Pondicherry full Day Excursion.
Visit Auroville, a unique and experimental township known for its spiritual and ecological significance.
Explore the Matrimandir, the iconic golden sphere in Auroville, and enjoy its peaceful surroundings.
Visit the Manakula Vinayagar Temple and Sri Aurobindo Ashram for spiritual experiences.
Discover the French Quarter with its charming streets and cafes, such as White Town.
Explore the Botanical Gardens and the Bharathi Park.
Stroll along the beautiful Promenade Beach and enjoy the French colonial architecture.
Overnight stay in Pondicherry.
Day 4
Departure
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and check out. After this, you will be dropped off at Chennai Airport/ Railways station for your return journey home.
