Day 1 :

 

Arrival Mysore - Coorg

 

• Upon your arrival in Mysore Airport/ Railways station, you will meet our representative who will transfer you to Coorg and subsequently your hotel. After a warm check-in, Freshen up and relax for a while.
•  Visit Raja's Seat, a scenic garden with a panoramic viewpoint, in the evening to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
• Explore the local markets or shops in Madikeri town.
•  Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay in Coorg.

 

Day 2 :

 

Coorg Sightseeing

 

• Start your day with breakfast at your accommodation.
•  Visit  Omkareshwara temple, Depicting both Islamic and Gothic architecture, Omkareshwara temple was built in 1820 by Lingarajendra as a dedication to Lord Shiva.
•   visit places like Raja's tomb Hilltop site from the 1800s with 3 royal tombs with ornate entrances plus gardens & city views.
•  Visit Abbey Falls, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by lush greenery.
• Explore the Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) in Bylakuppe, one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India, and admire the stunning architecture and serene atmosphere.
• Explore Bhagamandala, where the Cauvery, Kanika, and Sujyothi rivers confluence.
•  Visit Talakaveri, the source of the Cauvery River, which is a significant pilgrimage site. Enjoy the scenic views from the Brahmagiri Hill.
• Return to your accommodation for an overnight stay in Coorg.

 

Day 3  : 

 

Coorg - Chikmagalur

 

• Check out from your hotel in Coorg after breakfast.
• Drive to Chikmagalur, which is approximately a 3 to 4-hour journey.
•  En route, you can make stops at scenic viewpoints and enjoy the natural beauty.
• Visit the Manjarabad Fort, Sri Sakleshwar Swamy Temple,Magajahalli Waterfalls in Sakleshpura if you have time.
•  Continue your journey to Chikmagalur and check in to your hotel upon arrival.
• Overnight stay in Chikmagalur.

 

Day 4 : 

 

Chikmagalur - Hassan

 

• After breakfast in Chikmagalur, check out from your hotel.
•  Explore the coffee plantations and the serene atmosphere of Chikmagalur.
• Visit attractions like Mullayanagiri, the highest peak in Karnataka, and Baba Budangiri.
• In the afternoon, visit Halebidu and explore the Hoysaleswara Temple if time permits.
• Continue your journey to Hassan, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive.
•  Check in to your hotel in Hassan.
• Spend your evening relaxing or exploring the local surroundings.
• Overnight stay in Hassan.

 

Day 5 : 

 

Departure

 

• After breakfast in Hassan, check out from your hotel.
• Visit the Belur Chennakeshava Temple ,admire its intricate architecture.
• Drive back to Mysore, which is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour journey.
• Later, you will be dropped to the Mysore Airport/ Railways station for your journey back home.
