Day 1: Arrival in Salalah
Arrive at Salalah International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our representative. Transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax and acclimatize. Overnight stay at the hotel in Salalah.
Day 2: Half Day Salalah City Tour
(Breakfast included) After breakfast, begin your exploration with a visit to the Museum of the Frankincense Land at the Al Balid Archaeological Park (UNESCO site), showcasing Oman's maritime and frankincense trading history. Drive through lush plantations and enjoy a refreshing coconut drink (at own cost). Stop by the Sultan Qaboos Mosque for a photo opportunity, and view the Al Husn Palace, the official residence of the Sultan. End the tour with a stroll and shopping experience at the traditional Haffah Souk, famous for frankincense and handicrafts. Overnight stay at the hotel in Salalah.Day 3: Half Day East Salalah Excursion
(Breakfast included) After breakfast, proceed to the charming Taqah Village, known for dried sardines and traditional Dhofari architecture. Visit the Taqah Castle, the former residence of the regional governor. Continue to the ancient city ruins of Sumharam (Khor Rori), once a major frankincense trading port. Later, unwind in the lush greenery of Wadi Darbat, surrounded by camels and natural scenery. During the monsoon season, enjoy views of waterfalls and natural lakes. Overnight stay at the hotel in Salalah.
Day 4: West Salalah & Departure
(Breakfast included) Enjoy a leisurely morning and check out from the hotel. Begin your west Salalah tour with a visit to the Tomb of Prophet Job, nestled in the green Salalah Mountains. Head to Mughsail Beach, known for its stunning blowholes and scenic coastline. Drive along dramatic mountain roads to see frankincense trees growing naturally in the valleys. On your return, stop by the Mughsail lagoon, a bird-watching spot where flamingos can occasionally be seen. Later, transfer to Salalah Airport for your departure flight, back to home with sweet memories.
